Refund/Return Policy

At TheRosetime, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also have all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain types of items due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include bodysuits, lingerie, and any items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within approximately 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders before shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at therosetime@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at therosetime@outlook.com.
